Pollution Table Installation
2010 — For this pro-bono installation project I was the lead and creative director of a volunteer team; working with stakeholders, defining the overall concept, designing prototypes, and overseeing fabrication and assembly. The finished installation is an interactive water-friendly table that teaches students about the effects of pollutants in river ecosystems. With thanks to German Pombo, Roger Dario, Jesse Lang, and Casey Yee.
Once the concept was approved we began production. I imported Roger Dario's beautiful topographic map design into Illustrator and Cinema 4D, combined it with the rest of the table design and produced assets and measurements for our manufacturing and wood working teams.
